AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Technical consulting and support for existing and new customers in the areas of LSR/HTV injection molding, mold making, and turnkey systems—both domestically and internationally Independently acquire and develop new customers in the target industries of mobility, healthcare, sanitary, consumer appliances, food, and industrial Conducting technical sales discussions, presentations, and negotiations on an equal footing with the development, purchasing, and management teams Preparation of technical proposals and cost estimates in close coordination with project management, engineering, and production Market and Competitive Intelligence, as well as Systematic Reporting via CRM RICO\'s Presence at Trade Shows and Customer Events Close cooperation with the RICO GROUP\'s international affiliates WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Professional Qualifications: Completed technical education: HTL, FH, or a college degree in plastics engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field In-depth knowledge of plastics/elastomer processing, injection molding, or related technologies—experience with LSR/HTV injection molding is a major plus Experience in technical sales, application engineering, or project management in the plastics, automotive, or medical technology industries (at least 3 years) In-depth knowledge of plastics/elastomer processing, injection molding, or related technologies—experience with LSR/HTV injection molding is a major plus Understanding of tooling, process engineering and quality requirements (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 13485) Excellent written and spoken German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Personal Strengths: Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for technically challenging solutions A strong customer focus combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach A structured, goal-oriented approach to work with a strong track record of getting things done Willingness to travel (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as internationally; approx. 30%) Proficiency in using CRM systems (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus) and MS Office WHAT TO EXPECT AT RICO Part of Semperit AG: stable ownership structure and diverse opportunities for growth Diverse responsibilities with room for creativity Modern technologies, processes, and an innovative work environment Collaboration with international RICO locations (e.g., Switzerland, the U.S.) A supportive, professional work environment Flexible Work Hours Under the Flex-Time Model Freshly prepared meals at our company restaurant,
