In doing so, you make a significant contribution to delivering our business strategyYou lead our global planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and continuously improve themTogether with our business teams, you identify opportunities for profitable growth and greater efficiency, while further developing our performance managementYou advance our Finance Operating Model and lead the transformation of Controlling into a data-driven business partner function supported by automation and AIYou support strategic investment decisions and ensure resources are allocated to create value across all business areasWorking with the relevant teams and using our data lake, you ensure a reliable, consistent basis for our financial and business metricsYou lead and develop your Controlling team, fostering ownership, collaboration and continuous growthHow well-versed are you in these areas? xshrkfv A university degree in business administration with a focus on finance or controlling, or comparable education and professional trainingExtensive experience in a senior finance, controlling or business partnering role, ideally in an international FMCG environmentA strong understanding of the key value drivers of a manufacturing company, with experience managing profitability, product costs and performanceSeveral years of leadership experience and a passion for developing and empowering people to achieve ambitious goals togetherStrong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to grasp complex issues quickly and turn them into clear prioritiesCredibility and confidence when working with executive management, the Board of Directors and international stakeholdersProven experience implementing change and transformation initiatives in financeStrategic vision combined with a hands-on approach: you shape decisions, take ownership and get involved when neededKnowledge of SAP CO, Power BI and Jedox is an advantageExcellent written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level)That’s something you can look forward to.Together, we achieve great things – sustainably and with foresight.
