Your Responsibilities

1. Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from ideation and concept to development and production transfer, leading to successful product release.
2. Improve the transition of products from Development to Production by coordinating all involved departments—R&D, Product Management, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, Customer Success—to ensure alignment.
3. Coordinate agile and traditional development teams inside and outside the organization, including external suppliers.
4. Foster a team-centered, results-driven approach to NPI.
5. Implement and control risk, change, and configuration management, and communicate effectively to optimize transition speed and stakeholder management.

That’s You

1. Successful completion of a technical university degree (e.g., Electronic or Software Engineering) or relevant experience in a related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of project management experience, with a PMP or equivalent certification.
3. Strong leadership skills, including team formation, communication, conflict management, and planning.
4. Technical experience in Engineering or Production Engineering to understand and challenge product development and identify risks.
5. Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
