Your Responsibilities
- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from ideation and concept to development and production transfer, leading to successful product release.
- Improve the transition of products from Development to Production by coordinating all involved departments—R&D, Product Management, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, Customer Success—to ensure alignment.
- Coordinate agile and traditional development teams inside and outside the organization, including external suppliers.
- Foster a team-centered, results-driven approach to NPI.
- Implement and control risk, change, and configuration management, and communicate effectively to optimize transition speed and stakeholder management.
That’s You
- Successful completion of a technical university degree (e.g., Electronic or Software Engineering) or relevant experience in a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience, with a PMP or equivalent certification.
- Strong leadership skills, including team formation, communication, conflict management, and planning.
- Technical experience in Engineering or Production Engineering to understand and challenge product development and identify risks.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
