Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – Formula 1

Our Managed Technology Division develops, produces, and distributes audio, video, IT, and communication solutions. With our live production tools for the media, sports, entertainment, and corporate industries, we deliver a wide range of high-quality and state-of-the-art products that are the most innovative of their kind in the industry. This involves not only festivals like Rock am Ring or sports events such as Formula 1 or the Super Bowl but also ensuring all guests have a goosebumps.

Join us as Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – Formula 1 on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan, organize and execute projects in the context of Formula 1.
2. Responsible for the operational planning in close cooperation with the team and in cross-functional teams with a technological and commercial background.
3. Develop core service messaging and product positioning within the Formula 1 market.
4. Monitor operational execution and prepare reports and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.
5. Systematically maintain existing customers and contribute to a sustainable development of new customers.
6. Provide first level support to external and internal customers from acquisition through realization and acceptance.

THAT\’S YOU

1. 5+ years of proven experience in a motorsport-related field, ideally in the Formula 1 environment.
2. Professional experience in sales and strong knowledge of methodical techniques in project planning and management.
3. Confident in processes and methods with a focus on the planning, management, and implementation of various event formats.
4. Strong communication skills to customers and external partners.
5. Self-organized and capable of working in a solution-oriented manner.
6. Mobility and willingness to travel.
7. Fluent in English and German.
