YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You take end-to-end technical ownership of Riedelâs major tradeshows and events (ISE, NAB, IBC), ensuring reliable, highâquality system delivery under tight timelines.
- You design and coordinate demo and exhibition system architectures in close collaboration with the Demo & Exhibitions Manager and internal stakeholders.
- You act as the project lead on site, directing Demo Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent demonstration quality aligned with Riedelâs brand and innovation standards.
- You collaborate crossâfunctionally with Marketing, Sales, PreâSales Engineering, Solutions Architects, and Product Management to deliver integrated showcase experiences.
- You support proofâofâconcept (PoC) system deployments, working with Sales and PreâSales teams to deliver wellâengineered technical solutions.
- You engage with Product Management to stay trained on new products and align technical implementations with demo objectives.
- You contribute market and industry insights, sharing competitive and trend information based on handsâon event exposure.
- You support demo equipment governance, contributing to inventory management, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
THATS YOU
- Bachelorâs degree in IT, computer science, software/electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field; project management credentials are a plus
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant technical role, ideally within the broadcast, media, or AV industry
- Strong technical foundation in IP, audio, and video technologies (e.g. ST 2110, AES67, NMOS, PTP, SDI)
- Proven project coordination skills, with the ability to deliver complex technical setups under time pressure
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across departments in an international, midâsized organization
- Selfâorganized and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is an advantage
- High travel readiness, with flexibility to support international tradeshows and events
