Join us as Senior Embedded Software Developer (m/f/d) on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain embedded software for a wireless intercom systemAutonomously plan, design, implement, and test components for the embedded software and the Linux operating systemDemonstrate ownership of dedicated areas of the system’s software architectureParticipate in sprint planning and cross-functional company initiatives that foster collaboration.Level-up the team through code reviews and by creating reference code.Mentor and grow junior developers through paired coding and being a resource.Conduct code reviews and make technical contributions to product architecture as well as getting involved in solving bugs and delivering small features.Generate and implement process improvements.Improve product quality, security, and performance.Engage with business and technology requirements in design & developmentTHAT’S YOUUniversity degree in a technical discipline preferably in computer engineering and/or electronicsExperience in embedded software developmentVery good knowledge of C++ including STL and objected oriented software design.
