Review the existing PEP process and define new process steps and controls Gather requirements by conducting interviews and collaborating with stakeholders, including Compliance and Risk Management Create detailed functional requirements documentation Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal and external regulatory requirements Plan the integration of new data fields Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards that meet business and regulatory requirements Develop test cases to validate that the solution meets business requirements Collaborate with end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and identify defects or issues Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Management Communicate development plans, timelines, and progress to stakeholders Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate priorities as needed Must-have
Experience as a Business Analyst (at least 2–3 years) Banking experience with a focus on Compliance / Risk Management Knowledge of PEP databases Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment Curious mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders
