In order to complete our maintenance team at our Granges (VS) production site, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a Maintenance Manager (m-f)
Your mission Lead and support the maintenance team composed of 3-4 technicians Monitor and apply EHS standards and work procedures within the plant Ensure the availability of installations as well as the optimal use of resources Organise, monitor and document corrective and preventive maintenance work on installations Implement the TPM methodology in operational maintenance Provide on-call service at weekends according to a defined rota Coordinate and support the operations of external companies
Your profile
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as agricultural machinery mechanic, heavy vehicle mechanic or similar Federal maintenance agent certificate or equivalent training would be an asset Minimum of 5 years professional experience Ability to organise, supervise, unite and develop a team Proficiency in IT tools (CMMS & SAP would be an asset) Active contribution to promoting the EHS culture of the Saint-Gobain group What we offer you The alternative of varied work.
