Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our European General Manager. The successful candidate will not only ensure efficient management of executive schedules and daily operations, but also play a pivotal role in supporting marketing and sales activities across the EU region. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support:* Manage the General Manager's complex calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and expense reports.* Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.* Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and communications on behalf of the GM.* Act as a confidential liaison between GM and internal/external stakeholders.* Support with HR-related tasks (onboarding, documentation, etc.), as needed.
Marketing & Sales Support:* Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.* Support the sales team with the preparation of customer quotations, follow-up emails, and client documentation.* Conduct market research, compile and maintain customer databases, and analyze sales/marketing data.* Draft content for newsletters, press releases, and social media postings.* Liaise with distributors, customers, and partners as first point of contact for inquiries and initial sales support requests.* Help monitor and report on key marketing and sales KPIs.
Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.* 2+ years' experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a sales/marketing support role.* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability.* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is mandatory.* Proficient with MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.* Discretion, professionalism, and a service-oriented attitude.* Enthusiastic team player able to work independently in a multinational environment.
