Role Description The Order Processing Specialist m/w/d is a full-time, on-site role based at RIGOL Technologies EU Gmb H in Gilching.
This position is responsible for processing customer orders from entry to fulfillment, including verifying order details, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams, and monitoring delivery status.
The role involves communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify order requirements, resolve discrepancies, and provide updates on shipment and invoicing.
The specialist will maintain accurate records in the ERP/CRM systems, support the preparation of quotations and order confirmations, and help ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulations.
Additional responsibilities may include assisting with returns and exchanges, supporting sales administration, and contributing to continuous improvement of order processing workflows.
Qualifications Experience in order processing, order administration, or customer service within a technical or B2B environment.
Strong skills in data entry, ERP/CRM systems usage, and basic MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Professional fluency in English; German language skills are highly beneficial.
Basic understanding of logistics, shipping processes, and commercial documentation is an advantage.
Completed vocational training or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
