Job responsibilities

Your mission

  • Provide first class service to our customers. Whether they are long-time RIMOWA brand ambassadors or are discovering our products for the first time, ensuring that our clients embark on their own personal RIMOWA journeys is our top priority.
  • Identifying and performing case repairs in our own boutique workshop.
  • Utilizing our repair management system to assist in organizing repairs, ordering parts, etc.
  • Be in charge of the organization of our workshop, including maintenance of machines and tools.
  • Inform clients about the repairs and advise clients across the brand and all products.
  • Perform the repairs in our store according to our RIMOWA standards and communicate with our client care department to coordinate the special repairs or repairs which cannot be performed in the store.
  • Build long-term relationships with our clientele by leveraging our tools to foster brand loyalty.
  • Be a team player, first and foremost, who is eager to learn about our products, our brand and history. A team player at RIMOWA is diplomatic, embodies our values, collaborates with their colleagues and is always there to lift the team spirit.

Profile

Your experience and skills

  • Interested in high quality products with tradition and curious to work on our RIMOWA products, combining luxury with our technical heritage.
  • Talented in craftsmanship.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, structured and a team player.
  • Proactive in how you approach clientele, build long-term relationships and approach each situation with a collaborative spirit.
  • Enthusiastic about retail and delivering memorable experiences for our clientele.
  • Experienced in a similar role.
  • Fluent in German and English.
