What you’ll do
- Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients in target industries using a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn, company databases, online research).
- Prospect Outreach: Execute outbound prospecting efforts (email campaigns, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach) to generate interest and schedule meetings with qualified leads.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospects’ needs to determine their fit for our solutions, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with all prospecting activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up tasks.
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, refine lead-generation tactics, and ensure a seamless transition of leads to the sales pipeline.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies to optimize outreach efforts and improve lead conversion rates.
What you need to be successful
- Driven and Resilient: A self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing tools, and prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
