Your responsibilities
Ensure FEFO-based product prep (BBD availability) Plan staff schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, shifts) Document and report shifts accurately Oversee proper shift handovers Participate in projects Ensure smooth multi-shift shipping operations Supervise and manage company facilities Conduct briefings and meetings Control and ensure timely shipments, transports, and pickups Prepare and follow up on shift work Manage time, reporting, and compliance with goals/standards Oversee quality and risk management Assist and act as deputy to the Site Manager Your Qualifications
Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field Proven leadership and professional experience in a related industry (e.g. trade, manufacturing, services, or craftsmanship) Solid MS Office skills & basic understanding of ERP systems Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, both disciplinary and professional Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands‑on, independent working style Open to working in rotating shifts Excellent Spanish (C2) and very good English (C1) or German skills, both written and spoken Our Benefits
Annual gross salary for this position is €84,000 on a full‑time basis (Collective Agreement for Employees in Trades and Crafts, and in Service Industries). What really counts? Your personality, your expertise, and your commitment — and that’s what we reward individually.
