How does your working day look like...
- Brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter: development and maintenance of personal customer contacts as well as main contact person for business partners and customers in the corresponding business segment
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers for the MICE & Corporate and Leisure Groups segments via telephone and activities
- Participation in the creation and implementation of annual plans, campaigns and activities
- Representation of the hotels at trade fairs, networking events, sales calls and events
- Continuous market observation and analysis
- Conducting hotel tours
- Developing strategies and measures to increase the company's success in consultation with the Sales, Marketing and Revenue departments
- CRM maintenance, administrative sales activities and follow-ups
- Responsibility for sales performance via MICE brokerage platforms
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV...
- You have already worked in a hotel of a comparable size and not only managed the events department there, but have already taken on responsibility as a member of the squad
- You are fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage
- You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson. Nevertheless you know what it means to handle administrative work cleanly and reliably
- Ideally you are already familiar with systems such as Cvent, Anais (or other CRM systems) and Opera
- You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
- You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character
