IT Manager Digitalization & AI (m/f/d)

As a driving force for our digital future, you will continue to develop our IT landscape, bring a breath of fresh air to processes through smart digitalization and drive the integration of artificial intelligence. You will always keep an eye on IT security and ensure that cross-departmental IT projects run smoothly. Your tasks as IT Manager

• Strategic IT development: Development and implementation of a long-term IT strategy for the digital transformation of our company
• Digitalization: Identification and implementation of efficient IT-supported processes to automate workflows
• AI integration: analysis, selection and integration of suitable AI technologies to optimize our business processes
• IT security: ensuring compliance with IT security guidelines and implementing modern security concepts
• Coordination and communication: managing IT projects in close cooperation with our departments

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable IT-related training
• Several years of experience in IT strategy, digitalization, process optimization and IT security
• Sound knowledge of modern IT architectures, automation, machine learning and AI applications
• Ability to analyze, optimize and strategically align complex IT systems
• Creative way of working and strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German (C1), good knowledge of English
