Your Role: Global Evidence Generation Operations Manager

In this key role within the Plasma-derived Therapy (PDT) Global Medical Affairs team, you will manage pivotal programs and studies to ensure product quality and innovation throughout their lifecycle.

Working Hours: Full-time, 38 hours (all-in)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Investigator Initiated Research (IIR), Externally Sponsored Collaborative Research (CCR), and Medical Affairs Company Sponsored Studies (MACS) within the PDT portfolio.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of research projects, including study initiation, tracking, closeout, reporting, and operational aspects like finance, contracts, and drug supply coordination.
  • Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with all applicable internal policies, SOPs, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the operational lead, collaborating with internal cross-functional global and local teams as well as external investigators.
  • Support Evidence Generation team initiatives, such as Integrated Evidence Plan development, process improvements, and SOP updates.
