Excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a company supporting ground‑breaking innovation in the aviation and aerospace industry.
This company manufactures cutting‑edge products, from space vehicles to medical technology. They are currently expanding their presence from America to Germany, with the goal of growing across wider Europe.
In this role, you will be scaling the company’s defence network, penetrating the German market. The company believes in personal value, and you will have freedom to create and act through your own knowledge and expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the German defence systems market and have experience with technical products. You will speak English and German at a professional level. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue and building deep strategic alliances with influential players in the defence business.
The Role
- Hybrid working (3050% on site/travel)
- Build and scale business in the German market
- Coordinate with the US business development strategy
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competition

- Strong network within the defence market
- Experience working with technical products
- Professional speaking level of German and English
