I am currently representing a leading manufacturer of end-of-line packaging equipment that has been operating for over 50 years. With over 550 employees globally and a dedicated automation department of 21 engineers, they are continuing to invest heavily in software development and machine standardisation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions for highly automated packaging machinery. You will work on PLC programming, machine templates, industrial networking, and integration of third-party equipment, helping the business move towards its long-term goal of creating a standardised software platform that can operate across multiple control systems. They will receive extensive internal training as well as external Schneider training opportunities to further develop their expertise. You will be joining a stable and growing company, offering long-term progression into technical specialist positions whilst working on complex automation projects.
