Senior Robotics Electronics Engineer – Power & Drives

RIVR, part of Amazon, is seeking a senior hardware engineer to lead motor drive and power electronics design for robotic joints. You will own circuit design, PCB layout, and safety-critical validation, collaborating with mechanical and software teams to integrate hardware with our Physical AI systems. Applicants should have a Master/PhD in EE or Robotics, 5+ years hardware R&D, expertise with Altium/KiCad, BLDC/PMSM dynamics, and real-time embedded C/C++ (STM32). On-site in Zürich.
