We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Owner (m/f/d) to join our team at one of our locations in Münster, Berlin, Amsterdam or Heerenveen. Be part of our mission to build the next generation of fintech!

Your key responsibilities will be:

1. Define and execute the long-term roadmap for Dynamics 365 Contact Center, leading AI-driven automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Analyze licensing structures and operational costs, implementing cost-saving strategies and providing data-driven insights on cost reductions and automation ROI.
3. Act as the primary liaison between Operations, Business Units, and IT to align Dynamics 365 with company objectives and drive business process transformation.
4. Oversee the migration from legacy platforms to Dynamics 365 Contact Center, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
5. Stay ahead of Microsoft\’s product roadmap, manage relationships with Microsoft and external vendors, and support contract negotiations.
6. Define and track key metrics, provide reports on system performance, and collaborate with IT and BI teams to monitor automation effectiveness.
7. Lead change management initiatives, partner with training departments to develop training programs, and oversee onboarding strategies to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 capabilities.

What you bring on the journey:

1. Proven experience in defining and maintaining a long-term vision for Dynamics 365 Contact Center, including bridging business, IT, and Microsoft partnerships.
2. Demonstrated ability to optimize licensing, automation ROI, and operational expenditures.
3. Experience leading platform adoption and automation awareness initiatives.
4. Expertise in Copilot, Power Automate, chatbots, and virtual agents, with a track record of identifying and improving case management and contact center workflows.
5. Proven ability to ensure seamless connections with back-end systems, Confluence, and other enterprise tools.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and AI optimization opportunities, and staying ahead of industry trends.
