Overview As Operations Manager at RIVR in Zurich, you will oversee daily site operations and drive efficiency, safety, and throughput. You’ll work hands-on in a dynamic, agile environment to optimize workflows, coordinate robot fleets, and support deployments at scale. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure on-time, budget-conscious execution. This is a mission-driven role focused on practical, scalable robotics-enabled logistics. Verantwortungsbereiche Design, implement, and monitor operational processes to maximize efficiency, safety, quality, and throughput. Identify bottlenecks in field and remote operations and lead improvement efforts. Support testing and release validation with cross-functional teams. Organize operation and testing spaces and manage the robot fleet onsite. Coordinate flows of robots and spare parts across sites and with external providers. Allocate resources (personnel, shifts, equipment, materials) to meet project timelines and budgets. Collect and analyze operational data and produce actionable reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards. Zentrale Anforderungen Operations Manager experience in logistics or autonomous vehicles/fleet management (last-mile experience preferred). Bachelor’s degree or higher.
