You will serve as Tier 2 technical support, acting as the primary interface for other Amazon teams when complex issues arise in the field.
This role is designed for a technical problem-solver who excels at Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and enjoys the challenge of debugging hardware and software in live environments.
Beyond troubleshooting, you will play a strategic role in our development cycle by providing real-world operational insights to our QA teams, ensuring our test cases reflect the unpredictable nature of the field.
