We are looking for a motivated and technically curious
AI Consultant
in Vienna or East Austria (German Native Speaker). You will be part of a growing Swiss software company and help our customers get real value from AI — not just talk about it.
Highlights
Be part of a newly forming AI consulting team helping Swiss and DACH companies adopt AI practically and effectively
Work directly with interesting companies across industries (telecommunications, manufacturing, government-related projects, and many more)
Grow into the role with support from our experienced team, including our Associate Partner and co-founders
About the role
AI Readiness Checks: find out where companies stand and identify high-impact use cases
Deliver hands‑on workshops and trainings on tools like
Copilot, Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT
Guide companies through AI Transformation Programs — from setup through adoption to scaling across teams
Help customers with practical AI automations that save time and money
Communicate clearly with both technical teams and decision‑makers — this role is as much about people as it is about technology
Your benefits
Enjoy our multicultural work environment with international companies and projects and the ability to travel to customer locations (Switzerland, Germany, and many more)
Be part of an awesome team which is engaged across all projects and will support you whenever necessary
Get an above‑average salary and our benefit package with plenty of time off
Grow with us as a group with team building, community/learning events, workshops and more
We do not kill anyone, just celebrate with a little party
Terms of collaboration
Flexible model — full‑time, part‑time or B2B/contract
Home Office + Bratislava visits (SW Development Center) + client visits in Switzerland as needed
Get referral bonus if you bring in new colleagues
Participate in team events and trainings
Coffee, tea and snack for free
Personality requirements
Strong communication skills and an AI‑first mindset
Technical or programming background (ideally Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation tools)
Experience with or genuine interest in AI consulting, workshops, or training delivery
German fluent/native (essential for client‑facing work in the DACH region)
Ability to explain complex AI topics to non‑technical audiences
