Das voraussichtliche Gehalt liegt zwischen 36000 - 60000 € pro Jahr.
Supports PMO and Delivery quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement programs, standards, and deliverables. Provides visibility on various aspects of a project such as use of project artifacts, financial status, and methodology. Ensures adherence to the company's methodology, policies, and procedures. Part of a QA and WFO team that works in close collaboration with PMO and Delivery leadership and management teams. Responsible for identifying and documenting findings and recommendations through our quality assurance checks. Will be responsible for creating metrics and reporting around quality checks to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Rizing Success Check program and delivery tools. May be asked to engage in some project controller functions.
Essential Functions
- Facilitates project and delivery quality health checks.
- Facilitates capturing QA findings in a system wide quality and compliance tracking tool.
- Assists in implementing, teaching, and monitoring departmental quality indicators, protocols, and methodologies.
- Assists in developing reports, materials, and supports key stakeholders related to quality goals, progress, and challenges.
- Ensures all project artifacts are reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to methodology standards.
- Ensures projects adhere to governance and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
- Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Chairs/facilitates meetings and distributes action items.
- Provides project controller support as needed:
- Schedule project meetings, including logistics and sending out invitations.
- Prepare PMO Project Trackers (Project Status Tracking Sheet, Blueprint Tracker).
- Collect and make updates to project schedules and project trackers based on the frequency prescribed by our methodology.
- Ensure that new project team members have everything that they need when joining the project by following the Project Onboarding Checklist.
- Prepare meeting materials and meeting minutes under the direction of Project Leadership who is accountable for the content.
- May prepare project schedules (Integrated Master Schedule, Build Schedule; Mock conversion schedules) under the guidance of the Project Manager who is accountable for them.
- Will work under the sole direction of the Project Manager.
- May engage with the customer to get updates.
- Will not engage with the customer to get sign-off of anything.
- Will schedule project meetings, including meeting logistics and sending out invitations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Business Administration or Finance
- 0-3 years working in a PMO as Project Control Officer/Controller/Analyst/Coordinator or Manager (Level 1-Junior) or equivalent experience.
- PMP certification, a plus
- Experience working in and with distributed teams.
- Experience supporting high volume, simultaneous quality assurance checks.
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, CAPM).
- HCM software experience (SAP or SuccessFactors) preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple project managers simultaneously.
- Experience working in and with distributed teams.
