ppWe’re looking for a bhands-on Technical Lead /b to support a critical bCommodity Trading Risk Management (CTRM) /b environment at a leading global commodities business. /ppThe role provides a genuine scope to shape the technology landscape, modernise legacy applications and introduce new approaches to data, automation and AI. /ppYou’ll have the opportunity to: /pulliLead the bre-architecture and re-platforming /b of legacy applications and components connected to the CTRM. /liliDesign and implement modern, reliable and scalable integrations and data flows. /liliUnlock CTRM data through bAPIs, data pipelines and structured exports /b into data lakes/warehouses. /liliEstablish stronger engineering practices around bcode quality, reviews, standards and technical delivery /b. /liliExplore and implement bAI and automation /b opportunities to improve workflows and delivery. /liliCollaborate with business stakeholders and wider IT teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions. /li /ulpRequirements: /ppThe ideal candidate will be someone who combines bstrong technical capability with genuine business/functional understanding /b. /pullib5+ years’ experience /b in a techno-functional role within a complex systems environment — commodities experience is useful but bnot essential /b. /liliStrong, hands‑on bSQL / T-SQL and SQL Server /b experience. /liliThe ability to understand complex workflows, data models and end‑to‑end transactional implications. /liliExposure to technologies such as bKafka, Git, Kubernetes and DevOps/automation/orchestration platforms /b. /li /ulpThe role is Hybrid (three days in office per week) and compensation is open to discussion /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
