RJC have partnered with a global energy trader, who are looking for a candidate to lead a group-wide Risk Systems Transformation.
You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of key risk management and valuation systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of the transformation program.
- Work with senior leaders across trading, risk, IT, and finance to define and meet objectives.
- Drive adoption of new systems across business units and minimize disruption during the transition.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program management experience within energy trading.
- Background in Risk Management, ideally across multiple disciplines (Market, Credit, Operational etc).
- Sound knowledge of the full trade lifecycle, ideally across European Gas & Power.
- Experience with ETRM Systems (e.g., Openlink, Allegro).
Benefits
- €130k base salary + €20k guaranteed bonus.
