Position: Head of Product Development (m/f/d) – Drive Division
Location: Salzburg-Umgebung, Austria
Your future area of responsibility
- Strategic as well as organizational leadership of the hardware development team
- Development of drive converters (such as frequency converters, inverters, drives)
- Consideration of normative requirements in the area of functional safety and cybersecurity in terms of the Machinery Directive as well as electrical safety requirements
- Creation of a requirements specification, a system architecture as well as a hardware architecture
- Creation of interface descriptions in the areas of hardware and firmware
- Collaboration in circuit design as well as preparation of calculations and simulations in the field of power electronics
- Independent development of new system concepts for new drive generations
- Project management for cross-departmental product development projects
- Co-design and development of product strategies
Your profile
- Technical education (TU/FH/HTL) in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics
- Experience in the development of power electronics or electrical drives
- Experience in employee management (team leadership)
- You have already worked with simulation programs such as Matlab/Simulink, MathCAD, Spice or similar
- Experience in working with PADs Professional for circuit design and layout
- German as well as English very good in word and writing
- Accurate as well as structured way of working

Remuneration
Remuneration according to the collective agreement for employees in the electrical and electronics industry. For this advertised position we offer a gross annual salary based on 38.5 hours per week € 70,000, – with the possibility of overpayment – depending on qualifications and experience.
