Overview
In this role you manage monthly payroll accounting, ensuring compliance with social security, payroll tax, and collective bargaining terms. You serve as the main contact for employees and managers throughout the life cycle, while coordinating with external providers and internal teams. You optimize payroll processes and support HR reporting, including cross-border payroll for expats, in a global, process-driven environment. You work with SAP SuccessFactors, ATOSS, IQ file, and ADP to enable accurate and timely payroll and compliance.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Prepare and check monthly payroll accounting in line with social security, payroll tax, collective bargaining, and contractual requirements with external service providers (ADP World).
- Act as contact person for employees and managers on all payroll-related issues and generate necessary documents throughout the employee life cycle.
- Correspond with social security institutions and authorities, prepare certificates, and support audits by social security and tax authorities.
- Implement legal and collective bargaining changes and perform monthly/annual closings and HR reporting in coordination with finance/accounting.
- Contribute to continuous process optimization and system development in payroll (SAP SuccessFactors, ATOSS, IQ file).
- Support the team lead in coordinating payroll for cross-border commuters/expats.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Tax clerk or commercial training with further training as payroll accountant; HR specialist training preferred.
- Several years of payroll accounting and time management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience with payroll for other European countries is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of social security and wage tax law.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with cloud-based HR systems.
