Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining all relevant employee master data in SAP Success Factors (personnel information system) and in ATOSS (time management system)
- Maintaining absences in ATOSS, in particular maternity leave, parental leave, illness, including carrying out pre-sickness declarations with health insurance companies, vacation and other absences
- Administrative personnel work from the time employees join the company until they leave
- Administration of the company pension scheme and voluntary employer benefits
- Central point of contact for employees and competent response to internal and external inquiries
- Administration, maintenance and digitalization of personnel files
- Contract, registration and certification management, preparation of letters such as references and works council hearings
- Preparation of statistics and reports in the HR area
- Ongoing maintenance of the site position plan
Your Strengths
- Commercial vocational training or studies in business administration
- Professional experience in human resources/personnel administration
- Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in dealing with personnel information systems
- Basic knowledge of social security law desirable
- Structured and accurate way of working
