Technical Solutions Consultant – Merchant API Migration
Vacancy for our Zurich based in the Technology sector.
Your tasks:
- Provide high touch technical support with strategic clients to facilitate the migration from the Content API for Shopping to the Merchant API for large, strategic, complex partners and Google advertisers via proactive outreach to internal and external stakeholders and reactive support via emails and ad-hoc meetings.
- Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, educate partners and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
- Design support solutions to complex customer challenges and recognize patterns that can be reused by other Partners.
Your experience/knowledge:
- Experience in Complex migration Process (From Merchant API to new Product).
- Able to understand how API works.
- Data Coding and SQL, Bash and Python scripting.
- Language skills: German.
Your soft skills:
- Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail.
- A high degree of self-organisation and time management.
- Analytical and solution-orientated thinking.
