Your tasks: Coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across key CFO domains, including Treasury, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Pricing, Product Control, Tax, and the Financial Data Store. Support planning, milestone tracking, and overall delivery across design, build, and testing phases. Coordinate business requirements and ensure effective requirements management throughout the project lifecycle. Support governance activities, meeting preparation, and committee coordination. Prepare executive reporting, status updates, and management information for stakeholders. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies while supporting cross-functional alignment. Your experience/knowledge: Proven experience in project planning and tracking within complex transformation environments. Strong background in requirements coordination and management. Experience supporting governance, meetings, and committee processes. Ability to produce clear executive reporting and management updates. Language skills: English and German fluent Your soft skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
