Procurement (P2P)

Junior Procurement Specialist (P2P) Key Responsibilities Support operational procurement activities and P2P processes.

Analyze procurement data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Maintain contract and supplier master data.

Assist with supplier onboarding and contract administration.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve procurement processes.

Your Profile Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration, Finance, or Data Analysis.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.

Experience with P2P and ERP or procurement systems (e. g.

SAP, Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa) is an advantage.

Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements Fluent English (mandatory).

German is an advantage.

Candidates must be based and eligible to work in Switzerland.

Hybrid working model (minimum two days on-site).
