Program Management Support and Agile Coach SAFE – vacancy for a globally operating Rotkreuz based company in the Pharma sector.
Your tasks:
- Collaborate with 7 Agile teams to ensure seamless operation of the Agile Release Train in alignment with the 2-year strategic roadmap
- Assist in establishing and maintaining a logical, practical work breakdown structure
- Develop and manage short, mid, and long-term timelines for backlog items
- Maintain consistent, complete, and up-to-date plans and backlogs across all teams
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to Agile best practices
- Collaborate with teams to refine and optimize practices in compliance-related areas, leveraging Jira-integrated requirements and test management tools
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within SAFe implementations
- Demonstrated success in implementing the SAFe framework in an international environment
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, particularly within a SAFe framework
- Expert-level knowledge of Jira-based backlog management, planning tools, and related plugins
- Relevant degree, supplemented by certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer
- Language skills: English – fluent
