QA/QC Manager / Lead We’re working with a leading international construction contractor looking for an experienced
QA/QC Manager / Lead
with a strong
civils background
to support major technical construction projects.
This is a site-based role with responsibility for driving quality across civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with project standards, client requirements and QA/QC procedures.
Key responsibilities:
Lead QA/QC across civil and structural works
Manage ITPs, inspections, audits and hold points
Oversee subcontractor and supplier quality
Review documentation, test records and quality sign-offs
Manage NCRs, root cause analysis and corrective actions
Support project handover and close-out
Drive continuous improvement across site teams
We’re looking for:
Strong QA/QC experience within construction
Solid civils / structural construction background
Experience on large-scale projects
Good understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
Engineering, construction or quality-related qualification
Experience on
data centres, industrial, advanced manufacturing or other mission-critical projects
would be highly relevant.
