(Junior) Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Your Mission

We are looking for a dedicated(Junior) Financial Accountant (m/f/d) who is eager to take on the challenge of accurately and reliably managing RobCo’s ongoing accounting processes — supporting our mission to become the leading provider of automation solutions for SMEs across Europe.

With over €50 million in funding from renowned VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as the founders of UiPath, Helsing, Pitch, and other successful companies, we are well-positioned to realize our vision — and for that, we need the best talent.

Your responsibilities include

• Posting of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank transactions, including account maintenance and reconciliation
• Preparation and execution of payment runs
• Monitoring customer payments and supporting the dunning process
• Maintaining internal document filing with great attention to detail
• Supporting digitalization projects, the implementation of new finance software, and the further development of our ERP system
• Optionally, assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in accounting, ideally in a fast-growing or international environment – career changers with a strong affinity for numbers and an interest in accounting are also very welcome
• Knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) accounting principles is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally with basic knowledge of an accounting software
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines reliably
• Team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Very good command of both German and English, written and spoken
