Your Mission
We are looking for an ambitious Commercial Account Executive (m/f/d) to help establish RobCo as Europe’s leading provider of automation solutions. For this, we have already raised more than $50 million from some of the world’s top venture capitalists, including Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as from the founders of UiPath, Helsing, Pitch, and other companies.
RobCo operates in a rapidly growing market for automation solutions, where companies are increasingly relying on flexible robotics and AI. Our team combines strong leadership with many years of industry and scale-up experience, and thanks to a clear product-market fit, we have already convinced numerous customers to choose RobCo as their long-term automation partner.
Your Role

You are responsible for building and developing clients in the Commercial segment in Germany.

You actively drive pipeline generation—with support from our SDR team, who help you build new leads and open doors.

You manage the entire sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing.

You travel across Germany to meet clients in person, building relationships and successfully positioning our automation solutions.

Together with our technical Concept Engineer, you assess project feasibility and develop automation concepts that maximize customer value.

You work closely with Marketing and Solutions teams to sustainably excite clients about RobCo.

You measure your success in a data-driven way using defined KPIs and leverage insights to further develop your region.
Your Profile
-
At least two years of experience in B2B sales (e.g., as an Account Executive or Business Development Manager), preferably in the tech, SaaS, or industrial sector.

Strong knowledge of the MEDDIC sales methodology – you understand the theory and can demonstrate successful practical application.

Proven track record in acquiring and closing new accounts.

Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills at the C-level.

Willingness to travel within Germany.

Ambitious, data-driven, and motivated to help a fast-growing company conquer the market.

Interest in continuous learning, for example in the areas of machine tools (CNC), metalworking, intralogistics, and automation.
