At RobCo, we radically rethink how products are made. Manufacturing today is still largely defined by manual, repetitive work. We are here to change that.

Our modular, software defined robotic solutions bring automation to industrial companies, from mid-sized champions to global enterprises. By making adaptable automation accessible, we are driving efficiency, resilience and long-term competitiveness where it matters most.

We are building Physical AI for the real world. Technology that transforms entire industries through autonomy, modularity and deep software integration. But it is the people who make all of this possible. We are looking for curious minds, driven builders and bold thinkers who want to challenge how things have always been done.

If that's you, join us and help us;

“Automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary.”

RobCo was born from curiosity, ingenuity, and a simple but bold idea: robotics should be accessible to every industrial company. In 2020, Roman Hölzl, Paul Marardt and Constantin Dresel came together at the Chair of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with a shared vision. They wanted to rethink how automation is built and deployed on the factory floor.

Frustrated by the rigidity, complexity and high costs of traditional robotic systems, they set out to create something fundamentally different. Autonomous industrial robotics centered on software and AI that makes automation adaptive, scalable and easy to implement without specialist expertise. From this idea, RobCo emerged as a company focused on helping manufacturers increase productivity, tackle labor shortages and bring Physical AI into real industrial environments.

Today, we build our technology in Germany and the United States, with engineering teams in Munich, San Francisco and Austin. Our systems are deployed across Europe and the US. They combine modular hardware, no-code automation tools and AI-powered capabilities to deliver robotics that just works—robust, flexible and scalable for real production environments.

Our mission is to build Physical AI for real factories, turning rigid industrial processes into systems that learn, adapt and scale at RobCo, you are not just joining a company. You are joining a movement to automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary.

Key Account Manager

“As the first team member in the US, I’ve had the chance to help build our presence from the ground up. We’re tackling interesting, complex problems with customers who are serious about automation, and that creates a lot of room to learn and grow. With the momentum we have right now, the opportunity in front of us feels significant. It’s an exciting time to be part of the team.”

Zachary McIlvoy

Technical Program Manager

“As a TPM, I sit at the center of everything—bridging the gap between our engineering teams and the real-world needs of our customers. There aren’t unnecessary hurdles standing in the way; instead, you’re given the trust and ownership to make decisions that actually move the needle. It’s incredibly rewarding to take a project from a whiteboard discussion to a factory floor and see our robots solve a real problem.”

Regional Vice President Central Europe

“My goal is not only to achieve targets, but also to create sustainable value for our customers, partners, and employees. To do this, I rely on a strong, diverse team in which openness, performance, and development are not just values on paper, but are lived out every day. For me, leadership means creating opportunities, taking responsibility, and working with our team to make a real impact—in a company that is shaping the future of the industry and encouraging each individual to excel.”

“Working at RobCo provides an environment that is both professionally and personally inspiring. It is particularly valuable to experience firsthand how an innovative robotic solution evolves from a technological concept into a functioning reality. The team operates at a high professional level and in close collaboration, creating space for development and personal growth. In this environment, I am able to create real added value while continuously learning and developing.”

“For more than four years, I’ve had the opportunity to help RobCo grow - and just as importantly, it has helped me grow as well, challenging me to develop not only as an engineer, but also as a leader.”

Technical Program Manager

“As Technical Program Manager, I work closely with all areas of the company - from solutions, production, and procurement to product engineering, sales, and our customers. The combination of responsibility, quick decisions, and a young team that really pulls together makes every day exciting and truly impactful.”

Field Marketing Specialist

“In my two years at RobCo, I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful it is to work in an environment where curiosity is welcomed and growth is truly supported. Starting as an intern and growing into my full-time role showed me how much you can achieve when a team trusts you, challenges you, and pushes you forward - all while contributing to a mission I’m proud of: automating the ordinary so humans can do the extraordinary.”

Regional Director – Commercial

“Having been at RobCo since the beginning as employee #3, I’ve had the chance to witness and be part of almost the entire company journey. What’s been most meaningful is growing alongside the company myself and now contributing to the growth and success of our Revenue team.”

“From day one at RobCo, I’ve been challenged, supported, and trusted to grow. You really feel that everyone pulls together to ‘get it done’ – and that energy hasn’t slowed down for a second.”

Commercial Account Executive

“In my two years at RobCo, I’ve had the opportunity to grow into a new professional role and develop personally through direct exchange with highly skilled colleagues and leaders. The environment is demanding but equally rewarding — and RobCo’s game-changing technology, combined with the team’s drive and ambition, truly sets the company apart.”

Senior Production Engineer

Revenue Marketing

About the Role at RobCo

RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works.

The Role

RobCo goes to market across three streams: Alfie (our emerging, headline-making Physical AI product), Embedded Robotics, and Integrated Solutions. This role owns product marketing for the latter two — together the backbone of RobCo's current business. Embedded Robotics is our single largest source of net-new revenue today; Integrated Solutions is our large-deal, high-touch offering, often but not exclusively delivered together with partners.

This is a depth role. You'll get genuinely close to customers and verticals - automotive, food & beverage, electronics, plastics, and more - and turn that understanding into the content and enablement material that helps Sales (and our partners) actually close. RobCo already has a growing library of real deployments with measurable results; a large part of this role is turning that raw material into whitepapers, case studies, and video content people actually use.

Longer term, you'll help lay the groundwork for RobCoMMUNITY - the network of engaged customers and champions we're building across Embedded and Integrated. Finding and nurturing the customers willing to go public with their story is as much a part of this role as writing the story itself.

Your Responsibilities

1. Sales Enablement for Embedded Robotics & Integrated Solutions

Own enablement materials — pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling — for both streams.

Integrated Solutions skews heavily toward partner-led deals — build materials that equip our partner network, not just our direct sellers.

2. Customer & Vertical Understanding

Build and maintain vertical-specific messaging and use‑case libraries — automotive, food & beverage, electronics, plastics, and beyond.

Talk regularly to customers, Sales, and Solutions Engineering so messaging stays grounded in what's actually being deployed, not just what's on the roadmap.

Own whitepapers, case studies, and video content end-to-end — turning real deployments into content Sales can actually use in a deal.

Keep the case study and reference library current as new proof points land — this is a living library, not a one-time project.

4. RobCoMMUNITY (Long-Term)

Help lay the groundwork for RobCoMMUNITY across our customer landscape.

Identify and nurture reference customers willing to go public - case studies, testimonials, events.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

3–5 years in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Customer Marketing - B2B; industrial or technical experience is a strong plus.

Strong, proven writing skills - comfortable owning a whitepaper or case study from a rough customer conversation through to a finished, polished piece.

Genuine curiosity about customers - comfortable interviewing a customer and turning their story into content that sells.

Organized to keep a growing content library current - this role is as much about maintenance as creation.

Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, robotics, or adjacent B2B tech.

Experience supporting sales motions.

Familiarity with content workflows.

Why Join RobCo

The category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics is being defined right now, and our partner ecosystem is one of the key levers for how we scale across Europe and into the US. As the first person in this function, you will have a rare combination of strategic ownership and direct impact - building something from scratch that will matter at company scale.

Own a function end-to-end from day one, with direct access to senior leadership

Work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships in a company at a category-defining moment

Wellpass membership (7,200+ studios across Germany), regular team events, and a team that takes both the work and the culture seriously

Flexible working hours, a modern office, and - depending on the role - the option to work from home.

Regular team events - from relaxed beer & pizza nights on the rooftop terrace to shared experiences on ski trips or at Oktoberfest.
