Job Description

As a Business Intelligence and Analytics JMP, you will support our specialist departments in making decisions on current topics and analyzing potential improvements to manage business processes.

Over 12-24 months, you will work in predominantly commercial positions in Germany and abroad, providing the departments with statistically sound, model-based deep-dive analyses on complex issues like market trends and forecasts. You will develop customized micro-solutions based on the latest machine learning techniques to manage operational processes more efficiently and data-driven.

This program lays the foundation for your future as a manager. Leadership for us means continuously developing yourself and others, influencing processes, and achieving meaningful, entrepreneurial goals.

Qualifications

• Personality: Passion for driving digital transformation and turning data into insights. Entrepreneurial mindset, inspiring others, and valuing courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness.
• Background: Master\’s or diploma in business administration, economics, mathematics/statistics, (business) informatics, or a related field with above-average grades. Candidates with an MBA, PhD, or some professional experience are also suitable.
