Responsibilities:
- Carry out a literature review on the potential use of causal AI in electronics manufacturing.
- Review process data sets and identify dependencies and redundancies.
- Implement the model training and validation based on the dataset.
- Identify the main factors influencing the reliability of electronic components.
Requirements:
- Education: Master studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Informatics, Electrical Engineering or comparable.
- Experience and Knowledge: in Causal AI models, Python and MATLAB.
- Personality and Working Practice: Independent, enthusiastic, trustworthy, and meticulous.
- Languages: Very good in English, German is a plus.
Start: According to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
Requirement for this thesis is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, examination regulations and, if indicated, a valid work and residence permit.
