To support the structuring of its organisation, our client is looking for a junior Assistant Accountant wishing to develop in a dynamic, multi-company environment.
You will benefit from guidance and training to gradually build skills in administrative, accounting and HR aspects.
Assistant Accountant (80 - 100%)
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the daily administrative management of several companies. - Receive, catalogue, scan and enter invoices into the management software. - Participate in routing invoices through the approval process and ensure follow-up of the process. - Monitor payment schedules, creditors and payments. - Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of cash flow and payment plans. - Enter routine accounting entries. - Ensure proper maintenance of administrative and accounting files. - Provide administrative support to HR activities. - Work closely with the lead accountant and administrative teams.
Your profile
- Training in administration, commerce or accounting. - At least one year of professional experience in an administrative or multi-company accounting or fiduciary role. - Good interest in numbers and administrative tasks. - Desire to learn, develop new skills and progress within the role. - Organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage several files simultaneously. - Team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility. - Good command of common IT tools (MS Office); knowledge of accounting software is an asset.
