The Junior Trust Officer will assist in the administration of trusts, companies, and other wealth structures , ensuring a high standard of client service. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the role involves day-to-day administrative tasks , compliance support, and interaction with banks, intermediaries, and other stakeholders.
Junior Trust Officer Key Responsibilities Support the daily administration of trusts and companies, including document preparation and record-keeping.
Assist with trust distributions, payments and invoices processing
Prepare draft resolutions, meeting minutes, and responses to KYC requests .
Support the onboarding of new clients , including KYC, FATCA, and CRS documentation.
Assist in risk management and compliance by identifying and reporting potential issues.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures .
Skills & Experience 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the trust industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills .
Team player, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Fluent in Englishand French
Prior experience in compliance is an advantage.
