Your mission
Within a team of tax specialists, you will manage the administrative and documentary aspects of client files and contribute to the smooth running of tax compliance processes.
You play a central role in the preparation, monitoring, and organisation of files while ensuring the quality and compliance of documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organise, and monitor clients' tax files. - Collect, check, and file documents necessary for tax declarations. - Monitor deadlines and required documentation. - Prepare forms, certificates, and administrative documents related to tax obligations. - Manage correspondence with clients as well as with Swiss tax authorities and, depending on the files, foreign authorities. - Ensure the updating of databases and document management systems. - Provide daily administrative support to tax specialists. - Guarantee the confidentiality and quality of the information processed.
Profile sought
- Training in legal secretarial work, legal assistance, administration, or Swiss taxation mandatory. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a law firm, fiduciary, tax firm, or similar professional environment in Switzerland. - Good understanding of Swiss tax procedures and documentary compliance processes. - Excellent organisational skills, priority management, and great rigour. - Strong sense of confidentiality and attention to detail. - Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office). - Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
