Do you wish to join a well-established fiduciary firm of a manageable size, where autonomy, trust and quality of work are at the heart of priorities? Our client is looking for a Mandate Manager capable of managing a portfolio completely independently while supporting more junior colleagues.
Mandate Manager (80 - 100%)
Your responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mandates entirely independently. - Ensure accounting, tax follow-up and advice for a varied clientele. - Prepare closings, financial statements and tax returns. - Advise clients and be their primary contact. - Supervise and support some junior colleagues in their daily tasks. - Perform limited audits (marginally).
Your profile
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or a university of applied sciences degree in business administration (minimum requirement). - Expertise in fiduciary work, taxation or accounting is a real asset. - About 5 years of experience in fiduciary work (experience within a tax office is also appreciated). - Excellent autonomy in the complete management of mandates. - Experience in supervising or overseeing junior colleagues.
