Senior Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide independent and comprehensive advice to all areas of the company (domestic and international) in their daily operations and projects
• Conceptualise contracts, create them, and negotiate with Swiss and international business partners
• Assess legal risks and action options
• Manage out-of-court legal disputes as well as instructing and leading external lawyers
• Create template documents and training materials
• Conduct internal training for all areas of the company

Key Requirements:

• University degree in Law, preferably with the Swiss bar exam completed
• Several years of professional experience as a corporate lawyer in the industrial sector or as a lawyer in a law firm
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary work
• High customer- and service-orientation as well as high commitment, independence, and quick comprehension
• Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking personality with persuasive power
• Excellent German language skills as well as very good English language skills
