Experience and Education: PhD in a scientific/engineering discipline with 10+ years of industrial experience. Proven success in high‑level strategic execution and technical leadership in a GMP environment.
Strategic Integrator Mindset: Exceptionally comfortable navigating high‑level ambiguity and matrix complexity. You are a self‑starter with a growth mindset, capable of driving outcomes without direct authority through influence and credibility.
Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in E2E sterile DP technology, with thorough familiarity with Annex 1 and ICH requirements.
