Financial Reporting & Presentations: Manage the preparation of quarterly results presentations for the management team with a strong focus on finance, specifically supporting the CFO, and actively participate in the preparation of the Finance Report Investor & Analyst Relations: Act as a key point of contact for analysts and investors to process all finance and sustainability (ESG: Environmental, Social, Governance) related requests, while building and maintaining an internal network of subject matter experts Fixed-Income Management: Lead all fixed-income related activities, which includes handling requests from bondholders, supporting the issuance of new debt, and supporting annual reviews with rating agencies in close collaboration with Group Treasury Market Intelligence & Valuation: Monitor sell-side reports, contextualize consensus estimates, and maintain an internal company valuation model in close collaboration with Group Planning Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise closely with Group Finance, Legal, BD, and Communications on a variety of strategic topics, such as business development, the implementation of regulatory changes, and the ad-hoc release process Capital Market Events: Participate in the preparation of capital market days (e.g., Digitalization Day, Pharma Day, Diagnostics Day) by developing compelling storylines and building slide decks for individual speakers IR Infrastructure: Oversee and run the day-to-day operations of the Investor Relations (IR) website and its associated digital tools Who You Are
Experience & Industry Background: You bring a strong finance, accounting, or business background with at least five years of working experience at the group level of a global Pharma/Biotech company, including hands‑on involvement in the quarterly and annual results review process Capital Markets Expertise: You possess a deep interest in capital markets, a validated understanding of company valuations (especially within the healthcare sector), and a solid foundational understanding of accounting policies Technical Skillset: You have strong proficiency in standard business tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in specialized analytical tools like Bloomberg is considered a distinct asset Communication & Articulation: You are fluent in English (both written and spoken), with German language skills being a clear advantage.
