Overview As Regulatory Innovation Sustainment Leader, you will steer the digital transformation of regulatory workflows with AI and data strategy at Roche's PDR. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, driving innovation while upholding compliance and operational excellence. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, influence regulators and external stakeholders, and mentor colleagues to build internal capabilities. This role offers the chance to shape regulatory science and sustainment initiatives that support faster, equitable access to medicines.
