Overview You join Roche to advance real-world data science at scale, combining RWD with generative AI to accelerate drug development. In the Real World Data Insights team, you design analyses on EHRs, claims, registries, and linked data to uncover disease insights and treatment outcomes. You also build AI-enabled tools and agentic workflows that automate and augment scientific workflows with human oversight. You collaborate across scientific, data, and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions. This role sits at the intersection of RWD science, data science, AI, and software engineering, contributing to Roche’s mission to transform science into medicines.
