Overview As an Experienced transactional attorney, you will lead and structure global licensing deals and support Roche’s alliances in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business partners, assessing legal risks and delivering pragmatic guidance. Working with a global Legal Business Development Corporate team, you’ll design targeted training and drive cross-border solutions across time zones. This role offers meaningful impact in shaping collaborations that advance therapies for patients worldwide.
