Senior Account Manager – Based in Berlin (On-Site)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing sustainability startup, backed by some of Europe’s most forward-thinking VCs. They are looking for their first Senior Account Manager to focus on their Enterprise clients. This is a pivotal role where you’ll have the chance to define and expand both the position and the team. (This is not a cold-sales role; instead, it’s centered on strengthening and growing relationships with existing enterprise customers.) You’ll work directly with the co-founder and gain mentorship from seasoned advisors and investors.
What You’ll Do:

Serve as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, fostering retention, expansion, and upsell opportunities while supporting them in their sustainability goals.

Drive tailored sales processes and pilot initiatives with major food & beverage companies.

Work closely with the product team to ensure alignment between product development and customer needs.

Establish thought leadership and engage with the sustainability community.
What You’ll Need:

Experience in upselling or closing enterprise-level clients within a B2B SaaS startup (ideally pre-50 employees, Series A stage).

Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth.

Confidence in representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Highly dependable, well-organized, and deeply passionate about sustainability.
